The space-age look of British designer Tom Dixon’s Mirror Ball series was inspired from the lunar landing space helmets.Made from a high impact resistant polycarbonate that is almost indestructible, the plastic spheres are blown into a mould and then metalised internally to give a mirrored finish. This internal metallic design focuses the brightness from the bulb, projecting a soft, broad beam of light.The Mirror Ball stand features an array of various sized balls on a robust stainless steel stand. Tightly held in place with industrial strength clamps, the stand creates an extraordinary sculptural interior lighting ‘tree.’The stand has capacity for up to six Mirror Balls, two of each size and will inject a touch of 70s glamour into your home.It takes six 60W, E27 bulb (included).
