The Beat shade series by British designer Tom Dixon is inspired by the water carrying pots that are still carried on heads all over India today. The Beat Light is made from hand beaten brass and created using the traditional skills used by Indian master craftsmen. Overtime the beaten brass ages and a wonderful sheen will appear on the painted matt black external surface and will contrast with the lamp’s gold interior. This quirky light can be hung as a cluster with other Beat Lights or alone creating an impressive design statement in any room. It comes with a black fabric cable(250cm) and black metal ceiling rose and requires a maximum 42W E27 ES Halogen Low energy clear bulb (included).Available as a wide, fat, tall and stout shade.
