If this bookcase seems familiar, it's because it's designed by Bruno Rainaldi, his own well-priced alternative to the classic Ptolomeo. Made from lacquered steel, it can hold up to 70 books, yet has a very small footprint – just 35cm x 35cm. It can also be used to store CDs or DVDs. A weighted base ensures stability and it is extremely easy to assemble: simply tighten two bolts to connect the base to the shelves. It is available in white, gloss red or anthracite.
