The Conran Shop is committed to offering the highest level of Customer Service both in store and online. We have a dedicated team who can help with all the questions you may have regarding previous purchases, new purchases, in store events and product feedback. In all instances please have your order number to hand. Your order number is located on the confirmation email that you will have been sent to you following the confirmation of your order.
Please note: our Customer Service team operates between 9.00 - 5.00pm, Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
