If you see a product in one of our stores, or while shopping online, that is cheaper from one of our competitors, then we will match the price, or if possible beat it*. If you have already purchased a product from us and you find it cheaper within 28 days of the purchase date, we will refund the difference*.

Please provide your receipt or the order details, your full name, an email address and a daytime telephone number you are happy for us to contact you on. We will endeavour to verify the cheaper price, but may need some additional help from you to do so. However, we promise we will get back to you within 3 working days to discuss your Price Promise request.
- The offer is for a limited period of 28 days from the time you place an order or purchase an item, even if you haven’t taken delivery of it within that time.
- The product must be an identical product, including colour, size and any other applicable options.
- The product must be available by a similar delivery or availability date.
- Excludes interest free products offered by other retailers.
- Excludes distressed selling retailers or websites, for example if in administration or selling end of line items or seconds.
- Excludes products found on membership websites like Achica and Groupon.
- The website must be a UK based website or the physical store must be located in the UK.
- Items must be shipped from the UK or a UK based licensed distributor.
- The Store Manager or Website Administrators decision on any Price Match offer is final.
