We strive to make your experience a smooth and trouble free process, from the moment you place your order through to delivery and any after sales support you need.
We understand that customers will shop around for the best price before committing to placing an order, so at The Conran Shop we have introduced our Price Promise.
If you see a Furniture or Lighting product in our store or online and are able to find it cheaper with one of our competitors (excludes online only businesses) and as long as their service conditions are the same as we offer, then we will match that price, or wherever possible beat any prices you have been quoted.
If you have already purchased a product from us and you find it cheaper within seven days from the purchase date, we will refund the difference.
Comparable service conditions include factors such as:
• The product is exactly the same specification and model number of the product sold by the Conran Shop.
• Products being in stock or on the same delivery time from the manufacturer.
• Interest Free credit is offered by the competitor if this is the chosen method of payment.
We will not price match competitors who selling end of line products, returned products, damaged products or who are in administration or closing down.
If you find a competitor selling a product cheaper than the Conran Shop then please advise a Sales Consultant in store, email orders@conran.com or call 0844 848 4000 with full details.
If we cannot verify a price from our competitors you we may require you to provide us with a written quote from the retailer. |
