Description
The iconic AJ Floor Lamp was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1957 for Copenhagen’s SAS Royal Hotel and is available in its original stainless steel finish by Louis Poulsen.
Two geometric shapes allow the shade to direct light exactly where needed, making the AJ a desirable reading light. Crafted from stainless steel and moulded zinc, the inside of the shade is painted white for soft, comfortable light and the angle is fully adjustable to the user's needs. The rounded base was originally intended for nestling ashtrays and can now be used for small plant pots or trinket holders.
The sculptural lamp is produced by Louis Poulsen, a Danish lighting manufacturer founded in 1874. Through collaborations with renowned designers such as Arne Jacobsen, Louis Poulsen has established itself as one of the leading architectural lighting producers in the world.
Requires: 1x max. E27 60W bulb (not included).
