Delicious spooned over thick yoghurt, the Blackberry and Bay Leaves Jam has been thoughtfully handcrafted by London Borough of Jam.
Beautifully crafted in London using plump blackberries and finished with fresh bay leaves for a rich flavour, the jam is made using natural, unrefined sugars, no more than four ingredients and no commercial pectins.
Founded by accomplished pastry chef Lillie O’Brien in 2011, London Borough of Jam crafts delicious preserves in small batches from its base in the capital. Combining seasonal European fruits with unusual additions such as cocoa nibs, fennel pollen and chamomile, London Borough of Jam’s fruit-driven creations would enhance any bowl of porridge or slice of sourdough.
