Introducing the Book Lamp Mini, the new compact version of Lumio’s original.
Resized for extra portability, the Book Lamp Mini even has a battery pack to power your mobile devices. It is small enough to fit into your pocket but packs enough power to provide four times extra battery life for your smart phone and tablet.
When closed, the Book Lamp Mini masquerades as a notebook, but when opened, it transforms into a sculptural light. Inside the cloth and leather cover lies an interior lamp body made from durable, water-resistant Tyvek ‘pages’ containing high-performing LEDs. The dynamic, multifunctional lamp features a removable spine that conceals its USB charging ports.
Lumio was born out of San Francisco-based designer Max Gunawan’s fascination with the functional potential of origami and his desire to create flexible, adaptable lighting solutions.
Each portable Book Lamp Mini is assembled by hand and has a battery life of up to ten hours. Available in black/orange, grey/red and navy/yellow.
Please note: The Lumio Book Lamp is designed to be used indoors and is therefore unsuitable for outdoor use.
