Founded in 2013 by Bujar Shkodra and Chris Stimson, Well-Lit is an ethical lighting company committed to creating beautiful, sustainable and handcrafted light bulbs. Celebrating the second collaborative collection between The Conran Shop and the British luminary, 2019 marked the introduction of the only exposed filament bulbs with dim-to-warm functionality available on the market, as well as a brand new series of pendant lights and lamps.
Also responsible for the state-of-the-art LED technology behind Samuel Wilkinson’s BEEM series, Well-Lit has proven itself as a key player in illuminating the modern interiors of Great Britain and beyond. An award winner in its first year, Well-Lit has been recognised by the Theo Paphitis-led Small Business Sunday, the European Product Design Awards and the Energy Saving Trust, as well as many others.
The Conran Shop’s 2018 collaboration with Well-Lit marked its first ever bulb collection, introducing striking, contemporary bulbs such as the Neso and the Aurelia. Following its success, 2019 showcased the low-carbon Lucina, the industry-leading Aspen and a variety of black and brass-coloured table lamp and pendant light fittings.
