Description
The Chamba Rectangular Oven Dish is intricately handcrafted for unique food preparation.
Fashioned entirely from natural clay without any glaze or vanish, the organic aesthetic of this piece is both practical and visually stunning, perfect for cooking appetising roasts, stews and casseroles.
Using a unique clay from the Magdalena River, each piece is dried in the sun and polished with precious stones. Finally, local dried spices are used to award this dish its unique black hue.
Please note: Handwash only. Safe for use in the oven, gas and electric hobs, as well as microwaves. Not compatible with induction hobs. Before first use, wash well and half fill with water, and leave in the oven for 30 minutes on 200°C.
