An iconic design by Eero Saarinen, the Conference Chair was first introduced in 1957 and revolutionised the notion of what executive seating could be.
With simple semi-circular shaping and a streamlined silhouette, the Saarinen Conference Chair offers uncomplicated comfort through its fluid and sculptural form. Its contemporary style is accented by the tactile Hallingdal upholstery, which was designed in 1965 by Nanna Ditzel and weaves together two muted grey hues to create a multidimensional, soft edge to the clean-lined, modern design.
Supported by four stained walnut legs, the Conference Chair is awarded a rustic touch with the rich, natural grain of the wood, which contrast beautifully to the muted grey hue of the upholstery.
Ideal as a complementary chair for a contemporary dining table, or a perfect seat for guests, the Saarinen Conference Chair presents a stylish design combined with minimalist style, and is still to this day manufactured by renowned design house Knoll.
