If you're ordering furniture, we will contact you with a delivery slot to assemble your order at a convenient time, which you then have the option to change to whenever best suits you.

If you need help removing your existing furniture before delivery, we are pleased to offer a free collection service with the British Heart Foundation.

For all other deliveries, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey from us, to you.
