If you're ordering furniture, we will contact you with a delivery time slot, which you then have the option to change to whenever best suits you.

If you need help removing your existing furniture prior to delivery, we are pleased to offer a free collection service. Find out more here.

For all other deliveries, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey from us, to you.

Browsing from outside the UK? We deliver internationally; however, you may be asked to pay additional local taxes and import duties. We regret that we cannot control or advise on these and suggest you contact your local customs office for further clarity. Please note that our prices include UK tax (VAT) which will be deducted at the checkout. For EU customers, we recommend transferring to our dedicated French Website to avoid local taxes or import duties.
