The Gift of Choice

With a Gift Card, the recipient will be able to purchase absolutely anything of their choice from The Conran Shop, both in store and online; there are no exceptions.

With so much to discover, from design classics by iconic names to contemporary objects of desire, even the most eclectic tastes can be catered to at The Conran Shop.

Available with values of £25, £50, £75, £100, £150, £200 and £500, you can purchase a Gift Card online and from our Marylebone location.

To use your Gift Card, simply enter its number and PIN at the online checkout or present it when shopping at one of our Stores.

You can check your Gift Card balance on this page or during your online checkout. Gift Cards can also be topped up at one of our Stores.

Please be aware that promo codes, such as our Welcome Offer one, cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Card purchases.

1. A Gift Card may be used as full or part payment for any goods, excluding services such as delivery fees, in The Conran Shop UK.

2. The Gift Card must be presented when you purchase your goods, and the total value will be deducted from the balance available on the Gift Card.

3. No change will be given, but the remaining balance can be applied to future purchases.

4. Where a Gift Card has been used to purchase goods that are subsequently returned or exchanged for goods of a lower value, the monies owing will be credited to the Gift Card.

5. The balance on a Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, and it cannot be returned to you if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged.

6. A Gift Card is not a credit, charge, or cheque guarantee card.

7. A Gift Card cannot be resold.

8. The Conran Shop reserves the right to restrict the use of a Gift Card if suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities are suspected or identified.

9. Only original, undamaged Gift Cards will be accepted.

10. A Gift Card will expire if it is not used for 12 consecutive months, and any balance remaining will be reduced to nil.

11. Please note, Gift Card returns are on an exchange-only basis. If you return any items purchased with a Gift Card, you may pick a new item/s of equivalent value instead, as we cannot amend Gift Card balances once used.
