- What is the Gift List?
Our brand new Gift List has been specially curated to help you celebrate birthdays, weddings, baby showers and more in true design-led style. With the opportunity to fill your itinerary with your favourite items from the Conran Shop edit, you and your guests can revel in gifts that won't disappoint.
- How does the Gift List work?
As an owner, you will need an account with us to curate and manage your Gift List, so please create one if you do not have one already. Once registered, you will have to provide the details of your event and select which products you would like to receive. You can add as many as you wish, and edit and remove quantities too.
As a guest, you can find the recipient's Gift List by searching for their first, last or full name, or using their unique link if their Gift List is private. Peruse the recipient's selection, select which gift/s you would you like to purchase, and complete your order.
- Can I add a message to my order?
To personalise your order, feel free to write your message at checkout. Alternatively, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
- Can my gifts be sent to multiple addresses?
Regrettably, all your gifts will be sent to one dedicated address. Each item will be wrapped in our signature packaging, of course.
- I have changed my mind about a gift, can I return it?
Yes, you can return your gift/s to us within 28 days for a gift card of their value, unless the item in question is custom-made. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
- Why is there a gift card in my Gift List?
A valueless gift card is automatically added to your Gift List upon selecting your first product. At present, this gift card cannot be removed, but please rest assured that you or your guests will not be charged for it unless you request a gift card as part of your Gift List.
- How can I find a Gift List?
For public Gift Lists, simply search the recipient's first, last or full name. If private Gift Lists, the recipient will send you a dedicated link.
- Will you hold stock for me?
Our products can sell out at any moment, and we cannot guarantee that your desired products will be in stock throughout the duration of your Gift List. Therefore, we kindly suggest that you and your guests act swiftly.
- What are your delivery charges?
Our standard UK delivery rates apply, starting from £5.95, and we also ship to 70 international locations. As we have an extensive range of products in varying shapes, sizes and weights, our delivery charges for international addresses will require further correspondence regarding costs and schedules.
- My gift is faulty; what can I do?
If your gift is faulty, its value will be added to a gift card, available to spend at The Conran Shop Chelsea, Marylebone and on our Website.
