Named by The Independent as Best New Gin of 2017, Dyfi’s Hibernation gin is the world's first gin aged in a 100-year-old white port barrel, with fourteen expertly blended botanicals, the majority of which are sourced and foraged in the UNESCO reserve of Dyfi in Wales.
Hibernation gin features wild crab apples, bilberries, blackberries, but the ageing does not befuddle the botanicals, rather completing the gin’s complexity.

Located in the remote UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve of the Dyfi Valley, the eponymous distillery produces gins with a sense of place and origin. Each bottle is vintage dated and numbered, containing a unique blend of prominently foraged botanicals that are the result of years of farming in the valley.
