Description
Swarf's striking Hobson Knob duo is sure to enliven cupboards and drawers with its luxe hues.
Made in small batches in the UK and hand-finished by local craftspeople, the knob is awarded a sophisticated brushed finish.
Founded by Kate Worthington and Sam Fish, Swarf combines the couple's metalwork and interior design experience. Using their 1960s Colchester lathe to craft door handles for their own home, the duo decided to turn their passion into a career, enlisting traditional manual machining practices and naming its designs after British lathe makers.
Swarf says: Hobson takes its name from the Maidenhead-based manufacturer. Its machines were known to be sturdy and solidly built – exactly how we like to think of our Hobson.
Please note: This product contains fixings suitable for doors between 16 to 20 millimetres thick.
