Designed by Matthew Hilton and created in Portugal by De La Espada’s craftsmen, the Ibstone Windsor Chair is crafted using traditional techniques with an ash and walnut construction.
Named after a neighbouring village of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, where the Windsor Chair was originally designed, the Ibstone Windsor Chair was designed to further evolve this iconic silhouette.
Accented with a black walnut seat on a European ash frame, the Ibstone Windsor Chair is distinguished with a wedge tenon detail where the leg intersects with the top of the seat, awarding it classic construction, alongside a contemporary aesthetic.
