Description

Refresh and reboot your culinary experience with Opinel’s Intempora No. 218 Chef’s Knife, optimised for dicing, slicing and chopping with its 20 cm blade.

Crafted using Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel, the knife is anti-corrosive and low-maintenance. Complete with moulded fibreglass handles, the water-resistant material ensures a comfortable and secure grip with each use.

Joseph Opinel originally created his eponymous folding knife in 1890 and it has since become an emblem of French culture renowned across the globe. Picasso reportedly used an Opinel knife as a sculpting tool and there is even a museum dedicated to Opinel knives in Savoie.
