Royal Academy Live Painting by Jack Killick
Jack in his East London studio
Royal Academy Schools graduate Jack Killick creates bold, immersive pieces. Tipped as an aspiring star early on in his career, Jack started his artistic studies at the Slade School of Fine Art, and most recently studied at the prestigious Royal Academy from 2013-2016.
An installation of some of Jack’s recent work
Focusing on repetitive motifs and provoking an awareness of space, Jack’s work often takes on oversized forms and striking sculptural design. To coincide with the highly anticipated Royal Academy exhibition, ‘Abstract Expressionism’, Jack will be creating a mural in The Conran Shop Marylebone as a backdrop to the main window’s room sets.
The Royal Academy: ‘Abstract Expressionism’
His unique style will be showcased in-store from the 16th September – 30th October, and Jack will be live painting in the windows from the 16th – 19th September, to allow visitors to experience the bold, spontaneous nature of Jack’s craft.
