As the winter chills drift away and the sun sticks around for longer every day, we here at The Conran Shop are toasting to a bright spring and summer with a revived contemporary Outdoor edit, presented across the beautiful backdrops of our specially curated showspace.
Created in collaboration with the Full Room Agency, a Parisian 3D and CGI visual content creation collaborative, the modern set adheres to our inspirations from nature, minerality, reflection and general outdoor bliss. Across pre-eminent and blossoming nature, the origins of our product offering are revealed; reflections from garden water basins play with both the vertical lines of the architecture and the product design, and large architectural windows complement the composition of outdoor tiles and the product colours. At the same time, weathered mineral surfaces compose a living and soft tone background in perfect harmony with the shapes and colours of the edit.
On the collection itself, it is a fusion where furniture meets architecture meets art meets nature for human living. Returning are the Teak and Highline collections, the latter refreshed with new sizes, parts, and a soon-to-be-unveiled yellow hue, expanding the existing black, white, and forest-green of the part-recycled aluminium collection. New in is the Bistro collection, comprising a table and chair, each crafted in Turkey with an iron-forged frame and sustainably sourced chestnut wood for superior comfort and support, smoothly and quietly foldable using just one hand.
Always nurturing our exclusive collaborations, Daniel Schofield returns with a bistro spin on his award-winning Mag Table, while Gabriel Tan’s Therma range will soon return with lighter, more natural colours. Also brand new for 2023, the oak-veneered marine plywood AD11 Chair is our very special and luxurious take on the Adirondack model, gifting you a place of sun-kissed refuge for years to come; watch this space.
