The Lancashire cheese and spring onion-flavoured biscuits are handcrafted from local ingredients by the world’s first drinks-dedicated bakery.
Baked in small batches in the Scottish Highlands, the award-winning biscuits are free from preservatives, artificial ingredients and contain no added sugars or sweeteners. Their warming notes of mustard and cayenne are perfect for pairing with full-bodied beers, white wines and Speyside whiskeys.
The Drinks Bakery was founded by Andy Murray, who has been baking since the age of ten. A successful restaurant, pub and wine business owner, Murray eats and drinks his way around the world, fuelled by his desire to connect the two.
