Keep your child's prized possessions safely stored in style with the Llama Embroidered Sisal Basket from The Basket Room. Hand-embroidered in Nairobi by local artist Nduta, this basket is woven from natural sisal in Kenya and features a playful llama motif designed by illustrator Jacqueline Colley. A craft as old as mankind, basket weaving inspired Camilla and Holly to found The Basket Room and support local weavers. In supporting these communities in Rwanda, Ghana, Kenya and Swaziland, the workers benefit from fair wages, dignified working conditions and the ability to work alongside their other roles.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of these baskets, no two are the same.
