If you're ordering furniture, we will contact you with a delivery slot to assemble your order at a convenient time, which you then have the option to change to whenever best suits you.
If you need help removing your existing furniture before delivery, we are pleased to offer a free collection service with the British Heart Foundation.
For all other deliveries, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey from us, to you.

The addition of a naked bulb is bound to add a contemporary touch to your room, particularly when fitted with flexible LED filament transitions. This industry-leading technique enables the 8w Nia to alter its colour temperature and brightness seamlessly and offers a staggering lifespan of 20,000 hours.
Founded in 2013 by Bujar Shkodra and Chris Stimson, Well-Lit is an ethical lighting company committed to creating beautiful, sustainable, handcrafted bulbs. Following the success of the last year’s series, The Conran Shop is extending the collection to include the only exposed filament bulbs with dim-to-warm features available on the market, as well as a brand new series of pendant lights and lamps.
