The parmesan, toasted pine nut and basil-flavoured biscuits are handcrafted from local ingredients by the world’s first drinks-dedicated bakery.
Baked in small batches in the Scottish Highlands, the award-winning biscuits are free from preservatives, artificial ingredients and contain no added sugars or sweeteners. Their smooth and tangy notes are inspired by the classic Italian combination and are perfect for pairing with blonde beers and lagers, champagnes and proseccos and highland whiskeys.
The Drinks Bakery was founded by Andy Murray, who has been baking since the age of ten. A successful restaurant, pub and wine business owner, Murray eats and drinks his way around the world, fuelled by his desire to connect the two together.
Ingredients: Fortified wheat four (calcium, thiamine, iron, niacin), butter (milk), Parmigiano-Reggiano (cow's milk), ground almonds (nuts), pine nuts, cheddar cheese (cow's milk), basil, glaze (contains: milk), egg white, mustard powder and salt.
