The pecorino, rosemary and Scottish seaweed-flavoured biscuits are handcrafted by the world’s first drinks-dedicated bakery.
Baked in small batches in the Scottish Highlands from locally sourced ingredients, their unique taste is best matched with gin cocktails, especially the renowned G&T.
The Drinks Bakery was founded by Andy Murray, who has been baking since the age of ten. A successful restaurant, pub and wine business owner, Murray eats and drinks his way around the world, fuelled by his desire to connect the two together.
Ingredients: Fortified wheat four (calcium, thiamine, iron, niacin), butter (milk), pecorino Romano (cow's milk), ground almonds (nuts), glaze (contains: milk), sugar, egg whites, rosemary, cumin, Scottish seaweed and cayenne pepper.
