Description
A dynamic-looking lamp by Copenhagen-born Poul Henningsen, the PH 3½-2½ Glass Table Lamp was originally designed in 1925 and has since been crafted by Denmark’s prestigious lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen.
Showcasing an intricate three-tiered shade for a glare-free emanation, the diffuser is crafted from mouth-blown opal glass and helps to reflect and direct light downwards. Glossy on its surface and sandblasted to give a matte finish on the underside, the PH 3½-2½ Table Lamp creates a subtly diffused light distribution.
Accented with a metallised brass stem in polished and black finishes with a coordinating fabric cord and an integrated switch, this design classic would lend impeccable style to any space.
Forming a lifelong collaboration with Louis Poulsen in 1925, Poul Henningsen is renowned across the globe for his innovative and radical approach to all his creative practices. A pioneer of Danish design, Henningsen also turned his hand to journalism and architecture throughout his career.
