The dynamic Piton Side Table in black was designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby for Knoll in 2015, showcasing an elegant ebonised oak table top inspired by mid-century sewing stools.
Taking direction from geometry and minimalism, the Piton Side Table showcases an uncomplicated aesthetic, with a three-legged die-cast aluminium base that is powder-coated in black for resilience. Inspired by the stools used by seamstresses during the mid-century, the Piton Side Table appears industrial while maintaining a contemporary feel.
Featuring a uniquely grained ebonised oak surface, the Piton Side Table is the ultimate synthesis of industrial metals and natural wood materials, awarding it a welcoming and minimalist style.
