A prime example of Poul Kjærholm’s aptitude for distilling designs down to their ideal type-form, the PK22 Chair is upholstered in premium Grace leather with a subtle brushed stainless steel frame in a satin finish.
Originally designed in 1956, the PK22 Chair won the Grand Prix at the 1957 Triennale di Milano and presents the essence of seating, with a minimal seat and back, enhanced with subtly sewn cross detailing.
This edition of the PK22 Chair is upholstered in Grace Leather, a firm yet flexible aniline variety crafted from the finest European rawhide from Alpine cattle, with visible, natural markings that only get better with age. Beautifully soft and smooth, Grace leather serves as the perfect enhancement to the clean lines of the iconic PK22 Chair and is available in a selection of hues.
Elegant yet discrete, the PK22 Chair has a barely-there profile, but offers comfort and relaxation with its slightly tilted seat and back, and would lend a sophisticated touch to any style of space.
