What is the Price Promise?

The Conran Shop is not only committed to delivering its customers outstanding service and incomparable quality, but exceptional value as well. We understand you may shop around for the best price before committing to placing an order online or before making a purchase at one of our stores. So, if you discover an identical and authentic product from any other UK retailer for less, we promise to match their price.

How does it work?

If you discover your product somewhere else for less, we guarantee to match the lower price.  You can take advantage of this when you’re researching a design before placing an order and even if you have already made your purchase with us.

The Conran Shop Price Promise is inclusive of sale offers and guarantees to refund the difference within 14 days of your purchase date. *

How do I take advantage of the Price Promise?

To benefit from the Price Promise, simply speak to a Sales Consultant at one of our stores, email customerservices@conranshop.com for assistance or call 0344 848 4000 (Non UK: +44 116 269 1083).

We ask that you please provide your receipt or order details, your full name, an email address and a daytime telephone number that you are happy for us to contact you on. We will seek to verify the lower price independently but may need some additional help from you to do so. We guarantee to get back to you within 3 working days to discuss your Price Promise request.

Terms & Conditions

The offer is for a limited period of 14 days from the time you place an order or purchase an item, even if you haven’t taken delivery of it within that time.

The product must be identical and genuine, including colour, size, designer, brand and any other applicable options.

Trading conditions must be the same. For example, if The Conran Shop has the product in stock, the retailer we are price matching against must also have the product in stock.

Excludes shipping costs, as you can’t put a price on a premium delivery service.

Excludes interest-free products offered by other retailers.

Excludes distressed selling retailers or websites, for example if in administration or selling end of line items or seconds.

Excludes products found on membership websites like Achica and Groupon.

The website or the physical store must be located in the UK.

Items must be shipped from the UK or a UK-based licensed distributor.

The Store Manager or Website Administrators decision on any Price Match offer is final.
