We ask that you please provide your receipt or the order details, your full name, an email address and a daytime telephone number that you are happy for us to contact you on. We will seek to verify the lower price, but may need some additional help from you to do so. We guarantee to get back to you within 3 working days to discuss your Price Promise request.

- The offer is for a limited period of 14 days from the time you place an order or purchase an item, even if you haven’t taken delivery of it within that time.
- The product must be identical and genuine, including colour, size, designer, brand and any other applicable options.
- Trading conditions must be the same, for example if The Conran Shop has the product in stock the retailer we are price matching against must also have the product in stock.
- Excludes shipping costs, as you can’t put a price on a premium delivery service.
- Excludes interest free products offered by other retailers.

- The website must be a UK based website or the physical store must be located in the UK.
