The Process

As the key contractor for interiors, The Conran Shop Professional is accountable for all FF&E, Lighting, Joinery and Flooring packages, working with specialist trades to ensure clear and concise communication with the main building contractor. The team manages all aspects of development in design and budgeting, both on-site on behalf of the client and in conversation with the main contractor, ensuring that all trades co-ordinate their work in line with best-practice standards.

Offering a comprehensive consultancy service, The Conran Shop Professional approaches each project by evaluating the FF&E requirement and locking project costs. Project Management

The Conran Shop Professional project managers act as an extension of the client’s team and are brought in from the beginning to understand the unique requirements of the brief. Communication is vital to our success, and our team are tasked to inform, programme and deliver each project on time and within budget.

Bespoke Services

When a suitable option isn’t available, or a project is working with specific design constraints, the team can utilise their extensive catalogue of craftspeople and manufacturers to develop bespoke designs to fit the brief. We strive to create unique solutions to fit a vast array of design specifications.

Art Consultancy

The Conran Shop Professional work with a bespoke art consultant to curate an all-inclusive, tailored art service, allowing the project to maintain a strong design identity right down to the finishing touches. We offer a personalised service that includes in-depth research, concept development and narrative design.

Sampling

Model rooms are essential to project development in assisting the client’s visualisation and sign-off on the scheme.The Conran Shop Professional installs these on- and off-site within a tight deadline to provide a clear and complete concept before the build, giving the client a complete overview prior to installation.

Delivery

With our global reach, The Conran Shop Professional exports and delivers projects across the world. The team works to strict schedules to plan the delivery and execution, and a pre-agreed programme is then phased to ensure that an efficient installation is achieved, co-ordinated across all suppliers and manufacturers.
