Description
Designed by Carlo Mollino, this Reale table in a natural dyed oak finish with a glass top is a timeless design that fits seamlessly into a contemporary landscape.
The Reale table was originally conceptualised in 1946 and remains an emblem of the designer’s aptitude for achieving function using an eccentric, complex silhouette.
Reissued by Zanotta, Reale is a juxtaposition of honest materials, with a five inch bevelled glass top resting on slender lines of natural dyed oak, all held together by a series of intricate joints in strong, perfectly-balanced suspension.
This timeless twentieth-century design is starkly contemporary and demonstrates Mollino’s undeniable foresight into the future of design.
