If you're ordering furniture, we will contact you with a delivery slot to assemble your order at a convenient time, which you then have the option to change to whenever best suits you.
If you need help removing your existing furniture prior to delivery, we are pleased to offer a free collection service with the British Heart Foundation.
For all other deliveries, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey from us, to you.
