After your initial consultation, the team will work with your ideas and tailor the project to you, ensuring that all the details, including measurements, are covered. You will be asked to convene again, either in store or through video call, where you will get to know the details of the project and visualise our proposals. A dedicated sales consultant will see your purchase through completion, offer our Access Check and agree on terms and conditions.
To kick things off, visit us in our Chelsea or Marylebone locations or arrange a video call from your home, where we will discuss your ambitions for your project. You will be asked to fill in a brief questionnaire beforehand, to understand better what service you are looking for. Our specialists will curate a recommendation of products and ideas which would work best in your home, tailoring them to the room/s in question and your décor tastes.
Through commercial and residential styling projects, Betsy Smith enriches spaces through the careful curation of colour, texture, and form. Betsy's experience offers beautiful, liveable environments that are a joy to move through and inhabit. Sir Terence Conran remarked that "the wonderful Betsy Smith's window displays never fail to raise a smile and the spirits."
Finally, we will see you at home, where we will take care of everything from layering accessories and floral decorations to adding the finishing touches to your project. Appointments are available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, any time from 09.00 to 17.00. The service is valued at £350 per room for London zones one, two and three, and redeemable on orders over £5,000. The price outside of the zones stays the same, but travel costs and time will incur additional costs.
