Stained Oak Tabouret Méribel Stool

Designed by the first French female designer, Charlotte Perriand, this tabouret is taller than the Tabouret Berger and was created for a chalet in Meribel, France. Another version of a milking stool, it was inspired by local interior architecture.

The legs are cut with geometric angles and the stool is crafted from wood in a canaletto walnut, natural oak or black-stained oak finish.

  • Designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1953, originally for her chalet in Méribel
  • Re-issused by Cassina in 2011
  • Made from black stained solid oak
