Our 'Loves You' promotion may be over, but keep an eye out for your e-Gift Card, which should have reached your inbox on 1st December.
To use your Gift Card, simply enter its number and PIN at the online checkout or present it when shopping in one of our Stores.
Your Gift Card can be used multiple times both online and in store, and you can also check its balance at any time.

The Terms of Our Love

*This offer is redeemable on all single transaction purchases of £100 or more between 01.11.2021 – 30.11.2021, in store and online. Earn £20 back for every £100 spent between 01.11.2021 – 22.11.2021 and £25 back for every £100 spent between 23.11.2021 – 30.11.2021. The 'Loves You' Gift Card is redeemable in store and online from 01.12.2021 – 27.03.2022. If you order online, an e-Gift Card will be emailed to you by 2nd December. For in-store purchases, a physical Gift Card will be given to you when you make your purchase. 'Loves You' Gift Cards are not redeemable on standard Gift Card purchases, at The Conran Shop Selfridges or The Conran Shop in France. The Gift Card is based on the value of the goods purchased, after any promotional codes are applied, and not the basket total - i.e. delivery costs and furniture insurance are excluded. Finally, love can change, and The Conran Shop reserves the right to amend the 'Loves You' Gift Card terms and conditions where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so, e.g., we may cancel or reduce your Gift Card's value if the original qualifying order has been cancelled or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
