Accessorise your home with a striking decorative Doll No. 7, crafted by Vitra to replicate a range of dolls designed by Alexander Girard.
Inspired by folk art in South America, Asia and Eastern Europe, Alex Girard was amongst the leading figures of post-war American design.
These quirky, whimsical wooden figures were designed by Girard for his Santa Fe home, inspired by his extensive collections of folk art and artefacts, and were eventually transferred to the Vitra Design Museum alongside other pieces from the Gerard estate.
Crafted from solid pine wood, the decorative No.7 doll is hand-painted and presented in a wooden gift box and would make a statement on any surface.
